After more than 25 years in Sales and Sales Leadership, founder Brenda Brooks realized that while she could consistently generate net-new revenue, her influence over long‑term revenue growth and retention was limited once a customer was inside the organization. Well intentioned systems, processes, and people often affected overall business performance, sometimes positively, sometimes negatively and as technology advanced, the complexity only increased.

She saw that busy, stretched leaders rarely had the time to fully diagnose the real issues, let alone take meaningful action amid their day‑to‑day demands. With her deep understanding of technology, leadership, and revenue generation, Brenda recognized that the challenges weren’t always sales or revenue problems (though having the right resources and sales team certainly matters), often the root causes were people, process, and frequently technology.

Determined to help, she set out to give leaders an objective view of their organizational gaps, potential disconnects and the resources needed to address them in an effort to grow and retain revenue.
