After over 25 in Sales and Sales Leadership, founder Brenda Brooks learned that she only had so much control over revenue and revenue retention.  There were well meaning systems, processes and people who impacted overall business success positively and negatively and as technology advanced, these issues only grew.  She felt strongly that busy and stressed leaders didn't have the time to fully investigate the problem much less, do anything about it given their busy day to day demands.  Brenda's understanding of technology, leadership and differences in generational work styles brought her to the conclusion that it was not a sales or revenue issue most of the time, it was a people, process and often technology issue and she set out to give leaders a short team option to fixing the problem.
